1. Scale
Scale property is one of the best properties to use in After Effect. Just press S to use the Scale property in Adobe After Effect.

H

8. Move tool or selection tool
V
Use V key to use selction or move tool.
8. Zoom tool
Z
Use Z key to access Zoom tool.
9. Rotate tool
R
Use R to access rotate tool in Adobe After Effect.

10. Duplicate to selected layers
CTRL + D
Hit CTRL + D to duplicate the selected layer. However, you need to select at least one layer to use this shortcut.
11. Pre-compose selected layers
CTRL + SHIFT + C
Press CTRL + SHIFT + C to pre-compose selected layers.
12. Trim selected layers
ALT + [ (to start)
ALT + ] (to end)
Trim selected layer start it with ALT + [ or and end it with ALT + ].

13. Playback / Pause
Spacebar
Hit Spacebar to pause and play workspace clips.
14. Jump to previous and next keyframe
J (to jump previous keyframe)
K (to jump next keyframe)
Use key J to jump previous keyframe and use K key to go next keyframe.
15 To open layer setting
CTRL + SHIFT + Y
Hit CTRL + SHIFT + Y to open layer setting.
